Principle of profile straightener:
The structure of profile straightener generally adopts horizontal and vertical two groups for straightening profiles.The horizontal vertical structure includes two rows of alignment wheels respectively.One row of straightening wheel is a fixed structure, which is called the fixed wheel. Its straightness and center distance are required to be extremely accurate. The outer diameter of straightening wheel and the groove size and finish of the included wire are also required to be very high to ensure that the wire surface is not scratched.Another set of straightening wheels is required to be consistent with the fixed wheels, the difference is that it can move up and down in the direction perpendicular to the center distance, which is called the moving wheel.
