The dc spark tester is used for surface damage below 20 mm diameter wire and cable and ideal spark detection processing equipment, it adopts the internationally recommended dc high voltage form. Breakdown indicating
1. Automatic mode: breakdown counting, acousto-optic alarm contact signal action, and then automatic reset to continue the high-voltage detection state.
2. Manual mode: always control the output of acousto-optic alarm contact signal after breakdown count. Manually press reset and twist to continue the high-voltage detection state.
Safety interlock
When the electrode box cover is opened, the high voltage is automatically cut off to ensure the personal safety of the operator. Meanwhile, the low voltage loop can be controlled by the external contact signal to turn the high voltage on and off (if the wire rewinding stops, the high voltage also stops; if the spark fault stops, the wire rewinding stops).
