According to the installation size of the relevant models and the technological requirements of the equipment,accessories such as polished shaft, the guide bar, the end stop lead screw, the end block, etc. are prepared, asshown in the figure.
Polished Shaft: Hardness of polished shaft surface: HRC50 "- -60 . ; External diameter tolerance: h6; Truerunning tolerance: <0. 1m m/m; Length: not larger than 20 -30 times of the diameter of the polished shaft; Leadingend chamfer: 1x30.
Ratio of take -up reel and the shaft : In general, the speed should be smaller than take -up reel speed so thatthe service life of the shaft and traverse drive could be increased. It is recommended that the rotation ratio of theshaft over the take- -up reel be 1:1-1:5, with lower ratio for thicker wires and higher ratio for thinner wires, and thescale indication is not less than 1.
Direction of Shaft Rotation: The rotation direction of the shaft transmitted by the take-up reel may be eitherpositive or negative, however, there is difference regarding the installation positions of the reversal arm, ootherwise the direction could not be switched. When facing thescale dial, downward rotation is defined as positive.The reversal may be realized only when the trigger roller is installed backward. The shaft rotation is presetted and installed as in positive direction at the factory. There
can be a special installation according to customer requirements.

GP type linear reciprocating motion device of rolling coil drive working principle ofconverting constant speed rotating motion into linear reciprocating motion (automaticreverse )
The traverse linear motion device is a hard transmission mechanism that converts a constant speed rotational motion ofan optical axis into a reciprocating motion. It works like a nut on a screw, but its left and right pitch can be fine- -tuned or setto zero. This effect can be obtained by the special shape of the inner ring of the rolling bearing being pressed against therotating optical axis. Further, a lever reversing mechanism can complete a more complicated working form such asreversing when the roller is in contact with the bump on the stroke.
