For the purpose of accumulating the wire and cable, QIPANG Technology offers the horizontal type accumulator and vertical type accumulator. There are movable wheels that are positioned by PID control. The position of the wheels will feedback the signal of line speed to pay-off stand, take-up machine or other kinds of machines in the production line. We design the control system with PLC + PID that make the whole production line be non-stop and let the accumulator works with the line speed in synchronization.
